Join us at the Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens every Wednesday night for the 2012 series of Stone Late Night Movies! Once a week throughout the summer, we show movies on a twelve-foot screen in our garden. Bring lawn chairs and blankets, grab a beer at the bar, and settle down on the grass for a fabulous night of great food, great beer and great cinema! Remember to bring extra layers: even though we're in SoCal, nights can still get pretty chilly. Belly up to the movie night bar across the stone bridge for a selection of special movie night munchies, and of course, beer!

IMPORTANT TIPS : You need to get a wristband as soon as you arrive, otherwise your seat is not guaranteed. Wristbands are distributed at the host stand from 3-4 pm, and then beginning at 4 pm at the top of the stairs. Shows fill up completely, so get here early and PLEASE CARPOOL, as parking is very limited! If you'd like to have dinner in between staking out your spot and the start of the movie, make sure you reserve your table ahead of time or you may miss the beginning of the film.

**Please remember that you cannot bring any outside food or drinks with you, even if it's beer you purchased in our store!**

Exploding mutant eagles filled with acid dive bomb L.A. No, really. They say this movie is so horrifically awful that it's funny, but in truth, it is so bad it's just painful…unless you have the guys from MST3K around to save you. Join us as Mike Nelson and pals transform this low-budget spectacle into an hilariously watchable film.

The Twilight Saga: Eclipse

Wednesday, JULY 13th @ 8:30 PM
Sparkly pinup-boy vampires are impossible to resist. They're even more impossible to resist making fun of. The irreverent team who brought you Mystery Science Theater 3000 have provided some much needed comic relief from the testosterone-addled werewolves and sulking teenage bloodsuckers!

Stand By Me
Wednesday, JuLY 20th @ 8:30 PM
A journey into the memories of a modern author, this quiet epic is a nostalgic snapshot of the late 50s without the clichéd sugar-coating. This cinematic classic is as poignant today as it was 25 years ago, tracking the quest of four troubled young boys growing up a little faster than they should.

AUGUST
Zombieland
Wednesday, August 3rd @ 8:30PM
Often (favorably) compared to Shaun of the Dead, this is a fun-loving romp through zombie-infested America. There's nothing like a horde of murderous half-decayed corpses for a laugh!

Talking Heads: Stop Making Sense
Wednesday, August 10th @ 8:30 PM
There actually was some good music recorded in the 80s, and The Talking Heads made some of the best. This is a riveting concert film for people who say they don't like concert films, and especially those new to this inventive and remarkable band. You don't want to miss David Byrne's big suit!

Anchorman
Wednesday, August 17th @ 8:30 PM
Who says slapstick doesn't belong in the newsroom? Join us for a ridiculous battle of the sexes based in our very own San Diego. Just don't ask Ron Burgundy what the name San Diego means…This movie isn't very classy, but anything this funny usually isn't!

The Boy in the Plastic Bubble
(with"commentary" by RiffTrax)

Wednesday, August 24th @ 8:30 PM
After a decade of flops, John Travolta resurrected his career with Pulp Fiction, but watch this movie and you'll wish he'd kill it off again once and for all. Luckily, the guys from MST3K decided this 1970s melodrama made an excellent target, and their "commentary" makes it not just watchable but wildly entertaining.

The Princess Bride
Wednesday, August 31st @ 8:00PM
Family Night SHOW,
ALL AGES ADMITTED WITH PARENTS

Join us for some good old-fashioned castle storming--just be on the lookout for six-fingered men, overconfident Sicilians, screaming eels, and R.O.U.S.'s (if they even exist). As long as you've got Miracle Max on your side and you remember that wheelbarrows are useful for frightening enemies, everything will be ok.
