San Diegans are very lucky indeed--our county boasts three premier chocolatiers, all of whom Stone has been privileged to feature in previous pairings. But for this chapter in our tasty beer and chocolate saga, we've turned to our own kitchen. Our acclaimed Pastry Chef, Andrew Higgins, has gone completely over the top to create an entire five-course meal of extraordinary chocolate dishes for the evening. And "Dr." Bill Sysak is pairing each one with an exquisite craft brew for a truly inspirational experience!
